Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Sunflower Business Solutions

Sunflower Business Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality services. Due to the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to each client, the following refund policy applies:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your service, time, and project initiation.

 

Consultations

All consultation fees are non-refundable, including missed or canceled appointments without proper notice.

Service Payments

  • Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable

  • Refunds will not be issued for work that has been completed or initiated

  • If a service has not yet begun, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion

 

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule services or consultations with at least 24–48 hours notice, subject to availability.

 

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Sunflower Business Solutions.

  • Sunflower Business Solutions does not provide legal advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed attorney for legal matters.

  • We implement industry-standard security practices to protect sensitive client information.
