Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking Policy for Bookkeeping Services Thank you for considering our bookkeeping services. To protect both your time and ours, please review and agree to the following policy before booking your consultation. 💰 Consultation Fee A $100 non-refundable consultation fee is required to book your appointment. This fee covers the time and effort involved in: Reviewing your business needs Communicating before the session Preparing for your consultation (including reviewing any initial financial documents) This fee will be credited toward any full bookkeeping service package you move forward with. ❌ Refund Policy The consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you decide to proceed with services or not. This ensures our time is dedicated to serious business owners ready to get organized and grow. 🔄 Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice via email or the booking system. Same-day reschedules or requests within 24 hours may result in a forfeited fee and require a new booking. 🚫 Cancellation / No-Show Policy Cancellations without 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in a forfeited consultation fee. A new $50 fee will be required to rebook. 📎 Next Steps After booking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with steps to complete your intake process.
