This fee covers: Communication before the appointment Document review (if submitted in advance) Travel preparation (for mobile appointments, if applicable) This fee is applied toward your final notary service total at the time of signing. ❌ Refund Policy The booking fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment. This helps ensure our time is reserved for clients who are ready to move forward. 🔄 Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours’ notice. Requests to reschedule within 12 hours may require a new booking fee. All changes must be made through the booking system or by contacting us directly. 🚫 Cancellation / No-Show Policy If you cancel without notice or do not show up, the $25 fee will be forfeited. A new $25 fee will be required to rebook. 📎 Next Steps Once your appointment is booked: You’ll receive a confirmation with location details and any documents to bring.
