This fee covers the time and resources involved in: Reviewing your situation Reaching out before the meeting Preparing documents or contracts This fee will be credited toward any full-priced tax service you move forward with. ❌ Refund Policy The consultation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows or cancellations. This policy ensures we reserve time for serious inquiries only. 🔄 Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling must be done via email or the booking platform. Same-day reschedules or requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may require an additional booking fee. 🚫 Cancellation / No-Show Policy If you cancel your appointment or do not show up without prior notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
