Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Sunflower Business Solutions LLC. To ensure the highest level of accuracy, security, and punctuality for your transactions, all Title and Escrow overflow assignments are subject to the following professional terms: 1. Booking & Document Submission Advance Notice: Standard online bookings require a minimum notice of 2 hours. For emergency assignments under 2 hours, please call 518-925-7964 directly (subject to a $50 rush fee). Secure File Transfer: To maintain GLBA compliance, all loan packages must be uploaded via our encrypted portal at encyro.com/sunflower at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. Document links via unsecure email attachments will not be accepted. 2. All-Inclusive Flat Rates & Travel Our premium rates ($150 Seller / $225 Refinance / $300 Reverse Mortgage) are all-inclusive, covering document preparation, dual-tray printing, a complete borrower copy, and immediate scan-backs. The base fee includes up to 15 miles of travel from our Albany hub. Travel extending beyond 15 miles will be billed at an extended rate of $1.50 per mile. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that the closing pipeline fluctuates. However, because a time slot is exclusively reserved for your client, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment. Assignments cancelled after the notary has printed the document package or departed for the location will incur a $50 Trip/Print Fee. 4. Wait Time & Signer Readiness To maintain strict punctuality for subsequent closings, a 15-minute grace period is included. Wait times extending beyond 15 minutes due to unready signers, missing IDs, or delayed funds will be billed at $25 per 30-minute increment. 5. Invoicing & Payment No upfront credit card payment is required for verified Title and Escrow partners. Invoices are issued digitally upon successful completion of the signing and drop-off, with net-30 terms standard for direct-to-file or escrow disbursement billing.
